These are the premises which I prefer. Trattorias/inns that they combine the quality at the right price. The gnocchettini Verdi in cream parmesan and balsamic vinegar are space, as well as the tortelli di magro with strips of bacon. Friendly service and fast, fair prices. Excellent. Not to be missed if you pass by Vignola.

I often go in this room, just a few km from Modena, and is one of the few places that has the "borlengaio" character much scope from different premises for its incredible dexterity in preparing this delicacy, we go to the Spiga for various reasons, for its fantastic appetizer tigelline with a half-moon and lardo di Colonnata resounding, for his choice of excellent meat, Chianina in head and to the relaxing environment

Found almost by chance this trattoria because of passage in the lunch time. The trattoria is furnished with care and the staff is friendly, also because with almost all tables booked is managed to find us a place by modifying the flight room arrangement. The menu is varied with many typical dishes revisited. We took a whole menu dedicated to the pumpkin: all delicious.

Local Warm and cozy, traditional menu and revisited at the same time and excellent quality to price ratio !!! Congratulations to carriers x passion and professionalism that bring in their profession !!! ( NB. The Innkeeper is rather extravagant but nice !! Try x believe
